THE MOVE PROCESS

- The customer contacts Men on the Move (through telephone or email)

- Men on the Move gathers as much information as possible about the proposed move:

- Name, contact information, description of major items being moved, size of home/apartment, specialty items like a piano, etc.

- The address starting point, the address finishing point
     - to record the mileage and directions

-Truck details
     - provided by Men on the Move, or secured by the customer

- Anticipated date given for the move

- If possible, schedule an onsite visual estimate
 
-  Advise customer as to what other services offered
   - i.e. light packing, boxes, wrapping, etc.

- Schedule the requested time of the customer for Men on the Move services!!
